Scott Kim, aka Chef Kim, is the man behind the meat at Chophouse. He’s passionate about great food, the theatre that goes along with eating perfectly cooked meat and he can’t wait to welcome you to Chophouse Parramatta.
Ethan has over 15 years experience in the kitchen and has spent loads of time cooking in fine-dining establishments. His passion for meat developed early in his grandmother's kitchen and still obsessed years later - Chophouse was the natural next step.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Tendai moved to Sydney in 2005. He has spent over 10 years in the industry running front-of-house operations for fine-dining and cocktail bars – he likes his martini’s stirred not shaken but he still loves James Bond!
