For two nights only, Chophouse Sydney & Parramatta will be hosting dinner with Matt Moran and Anthony Puharich. Chef and restaurateur Matt Moran and Anthony Puharich of Vic's Premium Quality Meat will answer your questions and tell you their tales as you enjoy a three course Chophouse feast. Anthony's just released book 'Meat: The Ultimate Companion' will also be available to purchase and you can ask the man himself all about his butchers bible.
